Our Facility

Integration

Our school has been extremely fortunate to have had the enrolment of children from the Niagara Support Services. The children participate fully in our program as well as receive individualized programs provided by our resource teacher through Niagara Support Services. The integration of special needs children has been a rewarding and successful experience for all involved.

Our Philosophy

Our school is a discovery centre, carefully planned to help each child develop their full potential. We strive to build self-esteem, self-confidence and social skills. We believe in ”LEARNING THROUGH PLAY”. Children play cooperatively with others and experiment freely with different exploration centres.

Parent Commitment

Mothers and Fathers serve on committees, attend meetings and assist with special events and fundraisers (including Bingos). A few parents are needed to serve as officers on our Board of Directors.

Parents have the opportunity to share their interests and talents.
Parents have the opportunity to volunteer and observe within the class. Certain conditions apply and can be discussed with the supervisor.

What is a Co-op?

A “Co-op” recognizes that parents are a child’s primary educator. You can share your child’s first school experience and help your child make their first steps towards independence. As parents you will have the opportunity to participate in the program and administration of the school keeping costs reasonable.

Admission Requirements

We are licensed for children between 2.5 and 5 years of age. A registration packet must be completed. Please contact the center for more information on admission.
